ParkTowne Village is a 100,000 square foot specialty center at one of the most heavily-trafficked intersections in the SouthPark/Myers Park area. It sits across from Park Road Shopping Center, Charlotte's oldest shopping center which has been 100% leased since its inception. The center features a large plaza area complemented by fountains and live music as well as a distinctive, aesthetically pleasing design throughout. Today, ParkTowne Village has become a destination which has dramatically improved the physical and economic landscapes of the surrounding area.
