Our development sits in a prime location directly off of I-77 exit 23, adjacent to Presbyterian Hospital, and directly across from Rosedale Shopping Center, which is 100% leased and anchored by an expanding Harris Teeter grocery store and Bi-Lo grocery store. This project will serve the rapidly-growing city of Huntersville, North Carolina, as well as over 1 million square feet of offices adjacent to our site. Our approximately 80,000 sq. ft. development has again raised the bar in terms of a combination of amenities, access, and visibility in the area.
